BMW Pays Tribute To M1

BMW celebrated 30 years of their beloved M1 at the Concorso d’Eleganza at Villa d’Este. And what better way to celebrate than to create a new concept car that is based off of and pays tribute to the M1. The M1 Hommage was created with a mixture of an aggresive and wide stance with a few modern design techniques.

2008 535i

For the 2008 model year BMW has decided to tune the 535i and make it more appealing to consumers. The biggest improvement was the six-cylinder 3.0 liter twin turbo inline engine. With this new and improved engine the 535i now has 45 horsepower and 80-feet of torque over the previous engine.

2007 Z4

Everyone attributes t a BMW to a vehicle that is not only classy, but worthy of recognition. BMW is famous for their lineage roadsters and this year we are looking forward to seeing the 2007 Z4 M Roadster. The vehicle is a classic, but it runs as fast as any vehicle on the road.

2005 530i

BMW is probably one of the most common brands that exudes exotic passion into its vehicles. BMW understands that consumers want a vehicle that drives well and feels like you would never want to leave it. Which is why BMW is constantly improving upon their vehicles. In 2005 they decided to improve upon the 5-series and in the proccess came up with the 530i.

2007 Hydrogen 7-Series

The auto market can change as quickly as anything. One of the biggest changes that we are seeing in the past couple of years are hydrogen vehicles that will help the enviroment, or so we hope. It is no surprise that BMW has jumped on the bandwagon and decided to take part in this new little venture.

2005 X3

The BMW X3 had a great first year and its second year was even better. For 2005 the X3 was given a few upgrades and a slight increase in the price, which was to be espected. The drivetrain on the X3 was given the xDrive all-wheel-drive-system and Dynamic Stability Control and Hill Descent Control, which is designed to give it a tenacious grip and secure control in less conditions that are not usually suitable for driving. BMW’s near-luxury sport-utility is available with two versions of the company’s proven six-cylinder engine.

2003 M3 CSL

The formula BMW M’s specialists have followed in creating this dynamic driving machine is “intelligent” lightweight technology: This means consistent reduction of weight by using the most appropriate materials at the right point. Carbon-fiber -reinforced plastic, one of the most important materials in Formula 1, not only reduces the overall weight of the car, but also allows even higher speeds in bends particularly through the use of this lightweight material at the extreme ends of the car.

2004 6-Series

After a lengthy stay away from the market BMW decided to bring back the big coupe in 2004. The all-new BMW 6 Series delivered stellar performance, brilliant handling, and that arrow-like stability that marks this marque as unique. The new 645Ci is a Grand Touring coupe. It’s one of the most unique vehicles in the current BMW lineup. Though it has recently expanded its line to cover a broad range of vehicles, BMW has usually been known for its sports sedans. Its coupes and convertibles date back to the late 1930s, however.

2003 Alpina Z8 Roadster

The 2003 BMW Alpina Roadster Z8 is seen with the best of the vehicles out there. At this level, if you wish to change things because of a desire to express yourself in your vehicle, then it can be done by choosing black or titanium silver for the outside and red and black or crema for the inside. Other than that there are no options or trim levels. The interior is a complete demonstration of simple elegance.

2005 3-Series

BMW’s 3 Series is an automotive icon that is revered like the historic nameplates as the Chevrolet Corvette and Porsche 911. But while the Corvette and 911 are comparatively low-volume, the 3 Series is BMW’s best-selling vehicle every year. In 2005, the company celebrated the 30th anniversary of the 3 Series, a line whose outgoing generation includes convertibles, coupes, sedans and wagons. In June, BMW will release the fifth generation of its 3 Series sedan in the U.S.
